Dance Team

The Humboldt High School Dance Team is very active year-round preparing for performances, holding fund-raisers, performing at competitions and events.  The team strives for excellence in dance, sportsmanship, and student/community involvement.  Girls on the team are expected to conduct themselves in a positive manner and serve as good role models for the youth of our communities.  There are 15 girls on the team for the 2021-2022 school year. 

“The HHS Drill Team first began during the 2000-2001 school year.  I was a freshman that year and was so thrilled to be able to incorporate my dance background at school.  Words cannot begin to describe how excited I am to once again be involved with the Humboldt High School Drill Team.  I hope that I am able to not only teach the girls how to be successful in dance and school but also to serve as a role model of dedication and perseverance for them.  Life isn’t always easy, but dance helped teach me to get back up after I fall down.  I hope the girls learn this valuable lesson as well.” – Nicole Fusco
